The Summer Nightastic is coming to Walt Disney World in June 2010 and will feature the return of the Main Street Electrical Parade to the Magic Kingdom along with an all-new fireworks show. Plus, the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will see some exciting enhancements. The announcements were made during the “What’s New, What’s Next” media presentation on February 10, 2010. So will our dragon, pixie hollow and world of color be shipped to WDW aswell?
Since we obviously can’t have anything for more than a year without it being sent to Florida.

I wonder if the fact that they used the old soundtrack for that MSEP preview indicates they won’t be using the terrible DreamLights music like they did here in California.

Another great video Ricky! Thanks. I have never seen the MSEP and cannot wait. I also can’t wait to see how nice the floats will be compared to the video they showed which looked pretty old. LED lighting and a little Spectro know-how will give this parade a whole new dimension.

I hope it is popular! I would really love to see the one and only spectacular festival pageant of nighttime magic and imagination again, but I rarely go to the parks in the summer. I would also love to see new effects on Tower!
Also, I hope that this might mean WDW will get expanded Halloween theming and overlays like Disneyland gets in the future.

It a shame that WDW has to get rid of their parades for worse ones and have to take ours. If they want Nostalgia, then they shouldn’t have gotten rid of MSEP for Spectromagic.

I would have rather liked Disneyland getting the MSEP and Magic Kingdom getting Walt Disney’s Parade of Dreams. To me, that would be more interesting.

I really hate how Walt Disney World doesnt refresh it’s shows. It’s been 7 years, Wishes has been in the skies over Magic Kingdom. During that time period Disneyland had 3 brand new fireworks shows. one of them, the largest fireworks show in Disney history, Remember Dreams Come True.

@KritterHC I couldent agree more, WDW should have their own Electrical Parade and Disneyland should keep theirs, I hate you Disney for taking away the Electrical Parade!!
