The title says it all. a Fox News Spot on a kid at Disney getting punched/hit by tigger. It looks more like a rubbish lawsit to me but who knows. It looks like tigger shakes the kids hand after but of course they cut it at that point. The sound is out of synch, I am not all to sure why that happened on youtube.

a rear camera angle would’ve been really helpful in this case but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. The one thing that would constitute the kid being at fault is the fact that tigger locks his arm before giving the strike which would possibly mean that the kid try to do something that would’ve messed with or damaged the suit. I think sometimes parents lie for ya lol.

The guy in the suit explainged this, saying that the kid was pulling on the back neck part of the costume it restricts his breathing because it pulls the suit across his throat. He was trying to pull the kids arm down when he hooked over, and then when he felt the kid was falling his spun to brace him and swiped him in the face with an open hand. That was the basic statement . And clearly it is an open paw, anyone who says he cant make a fist, watch other videos, they can hold objects.

All cast members in character suits are required to avoid open zippers or head removal by reasonable means. I am inclined to believe disney because the statement is believeable. I have seen numerous characters avoid having their zipper pulled down with exactaly the same first move that tigger did, it is a last resort move. and you can see that the kis is losing his balance and probably would have fallen had tigger not helped him.
